A common mistake in these discussions is, I think, to set up a dichotomy: If you could only have one, would you prefer a guy with a big dick or a guy who is talented in bed? And the answer is typically: size doesn't matter AS MUCH as talent. But the real issue, the real question, is: If you took two guys who were equally talented, does size matter? And the answer, for a lot of us, is YES. And it makes sense that the answer is yes -- we've got nerve endings in there, and a bigger dick will stimulate more of them, more of the time, more intensely, while we're fucking. Plus, some women really enjoy the sense of being filled and stretched. Anyway, it's just not an either/or question (talent OR size). It's talent plus size, or talent minus size.

CBS NEWS reports Success of Penis Extenders

Read On & Get LARGE

One noninvasive technique to lengthen penises— penile traction devices — shows promise, according to a new review of research. But researchers say most men who seek longer penises don't really know the long and short of their situation.

"Penile size is a matter of great interest among men who are affected by 'short penis syndrome' or just believe themselves to have a small penis, even though the dimensions of the organ fall within the normal range," write urologists Marco Oderda and Paolo Gontero in the current issue of the British Journal of Urology International.

Oderda and Gontero, both from the University of Turin, Molinette Hospital, in Italy, concluded that for those men who have a normal-size penis yet persist in requesting treatment, penile extenders may be the way to go. Cognitive behavioral therapy may also be useful for building confidence in these men with psychological issues causing the mismatch between reality and what's in their head, they write. (Related: Penis Myths Debunked)

What works
Several nonsurgical methods for lengthening the penis, such as penile traction gadgets, vacuum devices, penoscrotal rings and even "physical exercises," have been popularized in the media.
To get a real picture of the science on such devices, the researchers did an extensive search for studies on the topic of "short penis" and associated treatments, ending up with just 10 studies that met their criteria.

Based on one study, vacuum devices got a failing mark, showing no significant penile elongation after six months of therapy, though the researchers of that study noted it provided psychological satisfaction for some men. Penile-lengthening exercises also had no science backing up their effectiveness.
The few well-conducted studies on penile extenders, which use mechanical traction to progressively elongate the penis, showed these devices can produce an "effective and durable lengthening of the penis," the researchers write.

For instance, a small study published in 2002 in the International Journal of Impotence Research showed a penis stretcher  could add 0.7 inches (1.8 centimeters) on average to the sex organ after four months of use for at least six hours a day. That extender device showed promise in another study with six months of use for at least four hours a day. And the Golden Erect extender was shown to increase penis length in participants of a study published in 2010 in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

Who's seeking treatment?
Many men who are concerned with their penis's small stature suffer from "dysmorphophobia," a condition where people see some imaginary flaw in physical appearance as real — in this case a false perception of penis inadequacy, the researchers say.

And apparently this male body-image problem is on the rise. According to Live Science's Bad Medicine columnist, Christopher Wanjek, "Many men long to have something longer, even though few have a penis that is too small to copulate or pleasure their partner. This anxiety over size is called penile dysmorphophobia, and it is on the rise worldwide as men turn to pornography and compare notes."
Urologist Nicola Mondaini of the University of Turin in Italy agreed, telling LiveScience "this trend is increasing."

That said, penile shortening is a real medical phenomenon and can be caused by so-called a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer, Peyronie's disease (an acquired penile deformity of the erect penis) and as a result of embryonic or developmental defects. In addition, a so-called "hidden penis," caused by obesity, aging with an overlying fold of abdominal fat and skin, and a shortage of penile skin from circumcision, for instance, can also "shorten" the penis.

As for how prevalent penile dysmorphophobia is, in one study published in the International Journal of Impotence Research in 2002, 67 men with a median age of 27 came to the university hospital in Italy within a two-year period complaining of having a short penis. None of the patients fell into the category of a short penis; in other words, all were of normal size.

Sixty percent of the men said their feeling of inadequacy down there started in childhood when they noticed their friends were more endowed. Fifty-seven of these patients thought a normal penis length was somewhere between 3.9 and 6.7 inches. (10 and 17 cm). The others didn't know what "normal length" was.

These results suggest penis lengthening is not the answer, the researchers pointed out in that study.
One of the largest penis-size studies involved more than 3,000 men and found similar results – that most men seeking size enhancement were within the normal size range and overestimated the average penis size. That study was published in the International Journal of Impotence Research in 2002.

So what's normal you ask? Anything greater than 1.6 inches (4 cm) flaccid and greater than 3 inches (7.5 cm) in a stretched or erect state. As for the average penis size, numbers vary depending on the study, but Mondaini says: 3.5 inches (9 cm) flaccid, 4.5 inches (12.5 cm) stretched and 5.9 inches (15 cm) erect.

Do Penis Extenders Work – The Breakdown

Do penis extenders work? The truth is that they do work and will give you a bigger penis, but it takes time. Like Conan o Brian says in the video above you can expect to spend about 700 hours in your penile extender before you see real appreciable gains. That might sound like a lot of time and it is. However, a quality penis extender can make penis enlargement a much less daunting task.
Click the link above If you’re serious about buying a penis extender and want male enhancement that actually works. Clicking on the image will take you to Amazon.com where you will find hundreds of reviews of all the top models of penis extenders. More importantly these reviews were posted by actual customers, not salesmen trying to make a sale. Because of this it’s very easy to choose between the losers and the winners in the penis extender marketplace. You will find an honest answer to the question of, do penis extenders work?
The customers reviewing the penis extenders receive no compensation for posting a positive review. These customers are simply sharing their experience in using it. For this reason these reviews can be trusted and should be an essential part in helping you choose a penis extender that works.
One thing you should keep in mind when using a penis extender is that the results are not immediate. It takes time and dedication to see real results from stretching. If you start going to the gym and working out it takes time to build up your muscle size and strength. Stretching your suspensory ligament by using a penis extender follows the same principle.
Since your going to be spending a lot of time using your penis extender it’s important to make an informed choice when buying one. It’s essential to make sure you get reviews from customers who have been using the model you are thinking about buying.
“Reviews” from typical product vendors trying to sell you a penis extender are biased at best and outward lies at worst.

This review is from: Penis Extender Male Enlarger Prosizer (Health and Beauty)
This is not a Prosizer but a DaHan (Chinese) penis extender. This product is OK, in the sense that it could work, but it has one critical design flaw, as I'll explain below. First, based on the available evidence for penis extenders in general, which is not at all plentiful, it appears that they might actually work as advertised. However, virtually all penis extenders suffer from one big problem - they are difficult to use, and the difficulty has to do with the way in which the head of the penis is held by the device, so that the penis can stretch. For all penis extenders, the penis head tends to slip out of the restraint, or it tends to have its blood supply restricted, which requires frequent adjustments. Between the slipping out and the adjustments, the use of penis extenders is difficult. In addition, some people find the strapping of the head of the penis to be painful or abrasive. What about this particular penis extender, which is actually not Prosizer but DaHan? Well, it is designed similarly to penis extenders in general. So, even though it hasn't been researched, it should work the same way all the other ones work - with difficulty. However, this one has a critical design flaw. Other penis extenders use a silicone tube to hold the head of the penis against the device. This extender uses a rubber band. The rubber band does not work - the head of the penis slips out immediately and cannot be held against the device. The problem has to do with the way the rubber band interfaces with the rest of the device - it creates a flat, as opposed to a curved, base, so the shape of the "loop" is not consistent with the shape of the penis. So basically this device is completely useless. It can, however, be combined nicely with a silicone tube. You can see from the picture, even, that it has holes for a silicone tube. Replacing the yellow rubber band with a tube (which does not come with the device) makes this device equivalent to other similar devices. Once that has been done, this device actually has some advantages. One big problem with most penis extenders is that you have to stretch the penis to affix the head, which doesn't work well and results in slippage more often than not. This penis extender has screws that extend it, so it is actually possible to first affix the head, and then start stretching by turning the screws. This makes a big difference in terms of being able to keep the head inside without it slipping out. However, the rubber band, as explained above, is useless. What this product needs is to have the rubber band replaced with a silicone tube. The screw-based system should be retained. As it is, this product is useless on its own. But, with a silicone tube, it works better than other similar products.
Addendum:
Since this review was written, after less than 1 week of use, first one and then the other side of the plastic support broke, even though they were being used normally. This further supports the conclusion that the product was poorly designed and not worth it. This also negates the previous observation that this product could be combined with parts from other extenders. It cannot, because its potentially useful part, namely the base and rods, is, in fact, useless.

I had a product like this before in the past but lost it, so when I saw it was the same design I ordered one. The product itself, if used properly, is quite sturdy. Many people that buy products like this often complain about either blood loss or how uncomfortable it is to wear. The truth is there is a solution for both problems. I highly recommend you find something soft that you can put between you and the strap, perhaps a piece of fabric or thin cushion, as well you can adjust the device for tightness. If you experience blood loss it's probably too tight. Regardless, you should expect some discomfort, but if managed properly it shouldn't be too big a deal. You don't want to wear this thing at night before going to bed, you'll also want time to be able to take it off about every hour at regular intervals.

This review is from: Penis Extender Male Enlarger Prosizer (Health and Beauty)
To be honest doing buy this product, it is useless. I got one in middle of July and its September now. There is no increase in penis size.
1) It is uncomfortable
2) The silicon stripes falls off now and then
3) if too tight the silicon will cause blood flow stop in your penis
4) You have to wear it for like 8 hours a day to work, which will cause your penis rough and dry.

I've been using this for a couple months, and have gotten nowhere... just like with the Pills. Pumps work OK, but not Extenders nor Pills.

This seems to be of quality Construction, came with additional parts and everything, but definately not worth the $50 i paid, to get NOTHING in Return.

Not even a Damn Millimeter! I've been using it in conjunction with Stretching techniques as well, and still: NADA....

Bottom Line: Mabey I'll just save up for the Enhancement SURGERY, which is supposed to be GUARANTEED as well....

Guess it's ALL just a fools game...

4.0 out of 5 stars Works well, December 7, 2012
Order right the first time.
This review is from: Penis Extender Male Enlarger Prosizer (Health and Beauty)
I normally don't write reviews but reading some of the comments here are confusing and need to be addressed.

This extender is good - the rods are what usually break on extenders and these are well made out of stainless. Look at most of the other extenders on the market and you will find that the rods are brass (or worse) and are readily available for replacement because they are easy to break. Anything can be broken if you abuse it - but this thing is as good as the $200+ ones on the market.

Now about the strap. If you are uncircumsized, the noose type is NOT recommended - do some search engine research and you will see what I mean. Yes, the strap will slip if you don't use a wrap. Buy some micropore tape and it works fine. Using tape or a sleeve is a good idea anyway to prevent irritation even when using a noose.

About not working. Extenders have to be used 5-8 hours a day for a year or more to get permanent results. If you don't have the time then don't expect results using an extender. A pump will give quick temporary results but unless used for same extended period, will not give permanent results either.

This extender is fine for the intended use. Get some micropore tape or a sleeve, put in the time, and you will get results.

1.0 out of 5 stars A BIG "FAIL" ALL AROUND!, November 14, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Penis Extender Male Enlarger Prosizer (Health and Beauty)
I'll get straight to the point.

1. Rubberbands??? Flattens the gland & therefore, no real way of securing to device. Constant slippage
2. Causes pain with high risk of injury. Have to over-tighten rubberband in order to get gland to stay in place
3. Low-quality design - the "fixed stay" to secure gland to, is way to thin. I can see evidenence of cracking after three attempted use. All pictures show tope view, which "looks" like a solid tube on both sides, however, flip it over and steel rods are held in place by tabs. Given the design, over time, it will break.
4. Instructions - poorly written and really, not addressing the slippage issue, other than "try again"
5. Lack parts - a silicone tubing is the normal standard for use in penis extension, however, was not included, though it's design for it.
6. Extremely discult to use.

Recommended changes: Instead of including two rubberbands, inclue one rubberband & one silicone tube. The curveture needs to be deeper, so the the penis centers on the device. Increase thickness of the "fixed stay" or use stronger material. Instructions should be more detailed, and should MATCH to product!!!

I am ordering a silicone tubing to see if it can still be used.

Dr.BigStuffs Penis Extenders vs. Male Enhancement Pills

Penis Extenders vs. Male Enhancement Pills

If you’ve been shopping around for devices or methods of enlarging your penis, you’ve probably stumbled across more than a few companies offering pills which claim to drastically increase size and/or stamina. These claims can sound very tempting. After all, what could be easier than popping a few pills in the morning and being rewarded with dramatic growth?

An old saying reminds us that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This is the case for male enhancement pills. In this article we’ll take a brief look at the science (or lack thereof) behind both methods of male enhancement, comparing penis extenders to pills. Once you’ve heard the facts, you can make a much more informed decision.

How Male Enhancement Pills “Work”                      Get Big Here Today!!

The Penis Device that's Nice to Your Penis
Penis Enhancement Pill Diagram
Diagram

Depending on the brand, male enhancement pills promise growth, increased stamina, or both. Often these claims are outlandish, suggesting that in just a few days you’ll see growth of many inches, or suddenly have the staying power of a bull.

Male enhancement pills usually rely on a combination of herbs. These herbs have been used for many, many years to enhance male performance. However, no herb has ever, in medical history, been shown to permanently (or even temporarily) increase penis size.

These herbs, on their own, are not inherently bad. However, you should be aware that many of them have side effects which can be quite serious. Ginseng is a popular ingredient in male enhancement pills. Ginseng is used because it increases blood flow, thereby (supposedly) contributing to stronger erections. This is a relatively safe herb, and can be found in many health food stores and even in many popular energy drinks.

However, even something as widespread as ginseng must be researched. Clinical trials have shown that ginseng can interact negatively with some prescription drugs. It is also not advised if a person has cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure, since it acts much like caffeine, as a stimulant. In a person with high blood pressure, this could result in a dangerous blood pressure spike or even, possibly a heart attack.

In many male-enhancement pills, herbs like ginseng, herbs known to increase blood flow, are used together. If ginseng on its own has the potential to cause a heart attack in a susceptible person, what effect might many similar herbs, all taken at once possibly have?

Another thing to consider when researching male enhancement pills is how they are made. Some of these pills are manufactured in areas of the world which do not have the same safety standards as many western countries. In such conditions, the possibility for contamination is always something to keep in mind.

These pills, like any supplements, are not regulated by the FDA. Even companies which manufacture their pills according to FDA procedures can’t say they are FDA approved. This does not necessarily mean that the pills are dangerous, but it means that they’re not subject to the stringent safety regulations of prescription drugs.

Essentially, there is nothing wrong with male enhancement pills. They carry the same risks as any other herbal supplement. However, if you truly want to increase the size of your penis, there’s simply no clinical data to show that these pills work.

How Dr.BigStuffs Penis Extenders Work

Jes-Extender With Comfort Strap
Penis Traction

A high-quality, traction-based penis extender is what you should be looking for if you’re interested in permanent, noticeable growth and increased stamina. Traction is the only method known to medical science which has been shown to increase the size of a man’s penis. There is clinical data to back this up, and any reputable company will be glad to show you this data. It’s on the websites of the most trusted brands.

Traction works by applying a very gentle stretching action to the penis. This causes the cells within the copora cavernosa (the spongy penile tissue which fills with blood during an erection) to divide and multiply, essentially cloning themselves. This process of dividing and multiplying is the same thing that happens when you work out using weights or strength-training machines.

The more cells in an area, the bigger it becomes. This is evident by the bulging arm muscles of dedicated body builders. The same principle is used in traction-based extender devices, and the same results are achieved.

Of course, some common sense must be used while extreme size and girth increases might be something of a male fantasy, they’re not very comfortable or practical in real life. However, these devices do have the power to increase size.

Penis extenders increase stamina in the same way. The more cells in the penis that need to be filled with blood during an erection, the harder and more long-lasting that erection is going to be. This extra staying power has other results, as well.

Many men have reported that because they were more confident in their ability to please their partner, old insecurities and anxieties about sex vanished. This makes for a much more enjoyable intimate experience. This extra confidence often spills over into a man’s everyday life, as well.

So what’s the downside? The good news is that there really isn’t one. Yes, you’ll pay more for a quality extender device than you will for a bottle of herbal supplements. However, when you weigh the risks and benefits, the penis extender still easily comes out on top. Possible heart failure, allergic reactions or simple ineffectiveness are all risks you take with pills. With an extender device, the only risks come from misuse.

The best extenders on the market today have been designed by people with medical expertise. They have taken precautions to ensure that if used properly, their devices are completely safe. If you follow the manufacturer’s instructions properly, penis extenders are an extremely safe form of male enhancement.

Now that you’ve heard the facts, your decision probably seems a bit more clear. Do some research on your own and discover all the possible risks and side effects of all forms of male enhancement. Once you see what can happen when using other methods, you’ll see that penis extenders are not only clinically proven, but extremely safe.

When Penis Size Matters, Men Can Turn to Penile Extenders: Study

Results Can Be Yours Click Here For Your Penis Extender.
By Maureen Salamon
HealthDay Reporter

Spanish ID: 652149

THURSDAY, April 21 (HealthDay News) -- For men who believe size matters -- and that their penises don't measure up -- success can be found in certain non-surgical penile lengthening treatments, a new study analysis by Italian researchers contends.

Concerned that patients were seeking out unproven and potentially dangerous ways of lengthening the penis, the researchers examined the medical literature to see whether popular non-surgical methods had any scientific basis.

In a review of five evidence-based surgical studies of 121 men and six non-surgical studies of 109 men published between 2000 and 2009, the researchers found that penile extenders -- which stretch the organ over a period of months through traction -- were the most effective among non-invasive methods.

But one expert cautioned that men are playing with fire if they tinker with their penis size simply for vanity's sake. Dr. Elizabeth Kavaler, a urologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, said functional issues resulting from conditions such as birth defects or prostate cancer surgery may warrant penile surgery, but such cases are unusual.

"It's a very fragile organ to begin with," Kavaler said, "and if you start to do all these things to it you can disfigure it... They should leave it alone."

Study co-author Dr. Paolo Gontero said urologists are constantly approached by men concerned about their penis size, despite the fact that the majority are average, with a flaccid length of 1 to 4 inches.

"However, most men complaining of inadequate penile size do have associated sexual problems even if their penile dimensions fall within the normal range -- so-called dysmorphophobic penis," said Gontero, an associate professor of urology at the University of Turin. "No study has, however, specifically addressed the extent and type of sexual bother in this patient category."

Dysmorphophobia "is a condition consisting of an imaginary flaw in the physical appearance," the study noted.

Writing in the April issue of the British Journal of Urology International, Gontero and his colleagues found that penile extenders work better than techniques such as vacuum devices, exercises and Botox injections, and that psychological satisfaction is equally as important as any physical changes.

A review of surgical techniques showed they increased phallus size an average of about a half-inch to 1 inch, but Gontero cautioned that the safest surgery -- which cuts the suspensory ligament of the penis to lengthen it -- often yields poor results.

"On the contrary, more complex lengthening procedures are to be considered experimental and potentially dangerous," he said.
"All procedures aimed to increase the penile girth should be considered unsafe, leading to potentially poor cosmetic and functional results," Gontero added. "I have come across such cases that I had to re-operate in order to remove additive substances injected around the penis."

The men studied ranged in age from 24 to 56 and were followed between three and 16 months.

More than 70 of them used penile extenders, with six experiencing minor problems such as bruising, pain and itching. These devices yielded average flaccid length increases of between 0.2 inches and 1 inch, Gontero said, and men achieving better results noted their satisfaction.

"Application of progressive and constant traction forces is a very old-fashioned technique used by the ancestors and currently by some tribal populations to elongate the penis or the neck," he said.

Gontero noted that cognitive behavioral therapy might help build confidence in some men.

Long-term vacuum treatments did not appear effective, producing no significant physical changes after six months, Gontero said, but did provide a degree of psychological satisfaction.
He and his colleagues found no scientific evidence to support penile-lengthening exercises.

Dr. E. Douglas Whitehead, director of New York Phalloplasty and associate clinical professor of urology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, said suspensory ligament surgery to increase penis length can be more effective when combined with stretching techniques.

"The human body, even bone, can be stretched," he said. "So stretching the penis, when done long enough, will work. If anything, libido and desire are even better because you look better and feel better about yourself."

Women reach orgasm more easily when their lover’s manhood exceeds 5.8 inches, study shows

Male anxiety about penis size may not reflect internalized, culturally arbitrary masculine stereotypes but an accurate appreciation that size matters to many women,' says researcher.

Call it the battle of the bulge — it turns out size does matter in bed.
Scottish psychologists studied the sexual appetites of 323 women and found that most reach orgasm more easily when their lover’s manhood exceeds the average size of 5.8 inches.
“This might be due . . . to greater ability of a longer penis to stimulate the entire length of the vagina and the cervix,” researcher Stuart Brody, a psychologist at the University of West Scotland, told the website Live Science. Brody said the research showed that women who had sex with well-endowed partners had the most vaginal orgasms.
He added, “Male anxiety about penis size may not reflect internalized, culturally arbitrary masculine stereotypes but an accurate appreciation that size matters to many women.”

Entire Mayo Clinic Study On Penis-enlargement products: Do they work?

An Actual User vs the Mayo Clinic.

I,Myself,Dr.BigStuff is posting this mayo clinic study with moments of where I will insert my own views in order to clarify some missing information. One answer that I have never been able to find on any site claiming penis enlargement with  Male enhancement pills is"are the results permanent". Let me answer this for you,if you take steroids without working out, will you get bigger?I have never taken steroids but I have worked out for many years and taken natural supplements and I will say this,if you want your body to grow you need to put your tissue under duress in order for good things to happen  and physical results to manifest. That same concept is such the case when it pertains to penile traction with penis extenders. The body will rebuild the area of the body that has been put under physical strain in order to strengthen that area and so on.Traction plus time equals Results SO Begin Today HERE.

Penis-enlargement products: Do they work?

Tempted by products that claim to increase penis size? Get the facts about what to expect from male-enhancement pills, pumps, exercises and surgeries.

By Mayo Clinic staff Penis-enlargement products and procedures aren't difficult to find. Men's magazines, radio shows and the Internet are full of ads for pumps, pills, weights, exercises and even surgeries that claim to increase the length and width of your penis.
However, there's very little scientific support for any nonsurgical methods to enlarge the penis. And no reputable medical organization endorses penis surgery for purely cosmetic reasons. Most of the techniques you see advertised are ineffective, and some can damage your penis. So think twice before trying any of them.

Penis size: What's normal, what's not?

The fear that your penis looks too small or is too small to satisfy your partner during sex is a common fear. But a number of studies have shown that most men who think their penises are too small actually have normal-sized penises. Similarly, studies suggest than many men have an exaggerated idea of what constitutes "normal" penis size. Consider that:
  • The average penis measures somewhere between 3 and 5 inches (or about 8 to 13 centimeters) when not erect, and between 5 and 7 inches (13 to 18 centimeters) when erect.
  • A penis is considered abnormally small only if it measures less than 3 inches (or about 7 centimeters) when erect, a condition called micro-penis.

Before you read further lets not forget that a study has showed that the male Penis Is 10% smaller than it was 50 years ago

Heres the story Here

How partners view penis size

The popular media and advertisers would have you believe that your partner cares deeply about penis size. The issue of attraction is complex, but numerous studies suggest that penis size is much lower on the list of priorities for women than such issues as a man's personality. Unfortunately, there's little research about gay men's perceptions about their partners' penis size. But keep in mind that understanding your partner's needs and desires is more likely to improve your sexual relationship than trying to change the size of your penis.

Don't believe the hype

Companies offer many different types of nonsurgical penis-enlargement treatments, and often promote them with serious-looking advertisements that include endorsements from "scientific" researchers. But if you look closely, you'll see that claims of safety and effectiveness haven't been proved So, marketers rely on testimonials, skewed data and questionable before-and-after photos.
On close inspection of so-called sexual enhancement supplements, you may notice a sentence such as, "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)." Indeed, manufacturers don't have to provide evidence to the FDA of safety or effectiveness before putting dietary supplements on the market.

Penis-enlargement products

Most advertised penis-enlargement methods are ineffective, and some can cause permanent damage to your penis. Here are some of the most widely promoted products and techniques:
  • Pills and lotions. These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones that claim to enlarge the penis. None of these products has been proved to work, and some may be harmful.
  • Vacuum pumps. Because pumps draw blood into the penis and make it swell, they're sometimes used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Using a penis pump more often and for longer than typically used for erectile dysfunction can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to less-firm erections. Using a vacuum pump can create an illusion of a larger penis, but results are not permanent.
  • Exercises. Sometimes called jelqing, these exercises use a hand-over-hand motion to push blood from the base to the head of your penis. Although this technique appears safer than other methods, it can lead to scar formation, pain and disfigurement. There are no scientific studies that indicate this technique is effective at increasing penis size.
  • Stretching. Stretching consists of attaching a stretcher or extender device to the penis. These devices exert traction on the penis. A few small studies have reported increases of half an inch to almost an inch (about 1 to 2 cm) in length with these devices. However, the studies are not of high quality and more rigorous research is needed before this technique can be considered safe and effective.

Penis-enlargement products: Do they work?

Surgery is risky and may not work

Studies have shown that the majority of men who undergo penis-enlargement surgery aren't satisfied with the results. At best, surgery may add half an inch (1 cm) to the length of the flaccid penis. At worst, surgery can result in complications such as infection, scarring, and loss of sensation or function.

Surgical methods of penis enlargement — Not for cosmetic use

The need for penis-enlargement surgery is rare. Surgery is typically reserved for men whose penis doesn't function normally because of a birth defect or injury.
Although cosmetic penis enlargement is offered by some surgeons, it's controversial and considered by many to be unnecessary and potentially harmful. A few different techniques are used to lengthen a penis. All of them should be considered experimental. There aren't enough studies of penis-enlargement surgery to give an accurate picture of risks and benefits.
The most widely used surgical procedure to lengthen the penis involves severing the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone and moving skin from the abdomen to the penile shaft. When this ligament is cut, the penis appears longer because more of it hangs down. But cutting the suspensory ligament can cause an erect penis to be unstable. Severing the suspensory ligament is sometimes combined with other procedures, such as removing excess fat over the pubic bone.
A procedure to make the penis thicker involves taking fat from a fleshy part of the body and injecting it into the shaft of the penis. The results are often disappointing, however, because much of the injected fat is reabsorbed by the body. This can lead to curvature or asymmetry of the penis. Another technique for increasing width is grafting tissue onto the shaft of the penis.
None of these procedures has been proved to be safe or effective.

A few things that might actually help

Although there's no guaranteed safe and effective way to enlarge your penis, there are a few things you can do if you're concerned about your penis size.
  • Communicate with your partner. It may be hard to break old habits or to discuss sexual preferences with your partner. But you'll be glad you did — and you may be surprised at the spark it puts back in your sex life.

  • Get in shape and lose the belly fat. If you're overweight and have a "beer gut," you might look as if you have a shorter penis than you actually do. Regular exercise can make a big difference. Better physical conditioning may not only make you look better, but can also give you more strength and endurance during sex.
  • Trim your pubic hair. A lot of pubic hair around the base of your penis can make your penis look shorter. Trimming may make your penis look bigger. It may also increase sensitivity around the base of your penis.Dr.BigStuff Says what are you, an Illusionist now? She wants Man-Meat Not A trick.Don't Be A fraud Order Here!!
  • Talk to your doctor or a counselor. Feeling unhappy about the size of your penis is a common problem. A certified counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist or your family doctor can help. Based on the evidence of human tissue response to stretching a traction device for non-invasive penile lengthening has been designed:

Many men think they have a small penis and that increasing the size of their penis will make them a better lover or make them more attractive. But chances are your penis is within the normal size range. Even if your penis is smaller than average, it may not matter as much as you thought. Before you resort to time-consuming, expensive or dangerous techniques that will be minimally effective at best, consider other options.

The most effective solution may be as easy as talking with your partner or getting in shape. If those steps don't help, try talking with a professional counselor about your concerns.
