Diary of my PE adventure

Hi everyone,

I receive my Dr.BigStuffs x4labs deluxe edition with 2100g tension springs and quad support a few days ago.

I have almost no experience in PE although I try some routine for a few weeks but without result, I’m not persistent enough to do this kind of routine.
I’ve already wear the device a few hours (maybe 5 in total) just to get use to it and be ready to start the clinical test for which I apply to.

My starting stats are :

FL: 10cm (4”)
FG: 10cm (4”)
BPEL: 17 cm (6.70”)
MSEG: 12,4 cm(4.90”)


I don’t think I’m small (even if I feel like I am), but I really wanna be bigger and larger. I heard that working on length it’s better before and then working on girth.

My final goal for the 6 months of clinical test is to reach BPEL : 19,1 cm/7,50” and gains as much girth as possible.

I will start tomorrow and wear the device at least 3 hours a day, with at least one day of total rest.

I will later add some supplement and exercise (jelqs, kegels and stretch).

I do a lot of sport as well and eat a well balanced diet, I’m pretty sure it can help to have some gains (in addition to a routine and the use of the extender of course)

So far my problem is that I cannot put enough tension on my device (I cannot even reach the first line of the tension line on both side of the device). I purpose in the first weeks will be to slowly increase the tension to reach as soon as possible the third line and then follow what Seeker did http://www.drbigstuff.com/ Enroll in our FREE Forum.

Ok I see :)

Today, first session of extending : Around 3h30min roughly
BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Lenght) in the extender : Around 15,7cm / 6,18inches.

The tension was very low I guess, not even at the thrid line.

Actually, I don't really feel a strong stretch, the entender doesn't really push me on my pubis (I read that it happens to quite a few people on the forum). And when I do a kegel, my penis is moving which is, I reckon, also a sign that the stretch is not very important.

I wanna take my time, but in the other hand, I'm wondering if i'm not wasting my time if I keep only the 1 inch bar.

Also, I have a problem for keeping the glans firmly attached to the noose strap (or even the small tube with the comfort foam on). My glans always slip after a while or just get too dark.

Any tips about that?

I would stick with the noose .its holds the penis more in place with its thick strap. The most important thing is comfort. You don't want to.stretch as far as you can cause you will cause the ligaments to retract when you take the extender off from over strectching. This is a marathon not a sprint . You want a comfortable pull. Start off slow. The gains will come.

I wear mine 12hours a day 5 days a week . For 3 months so far no gain. But I have gain I a quater of a inch in girth. It really is a slow process ,it sucks. But I'm in it for the long haul.

Indeed, that sucks :s

You should consider changing your routine, maybe shorter session with higher tension, or adding an intense routine (stretch, jelqs, kegels) and why not adding some supplements?
I read the story of a guy who gain 1cm (1/2 an inch) per month during 4 month with the help of an extender and 1 hour of routine (stretch and jelqs) every day. I need to find it back, it's on thunderplace.

Anyway, here's the session today :
Time: 4h03
BPFSL : 16,4 cm / 6,46 inches

The BPFSL was the maximum I recorded today, it was sometimes a bit lower between the session.

I'm very confident in my goal ! I'll definitely reach it :) I measured my erect lenght today and it was slighlty longer, almost 7 inch! But maybe it was a bad measuring.

Debo19832003 12 hours a day is the reason why your not having great gains in length. its like working out.. if you work out too much your muscles will be in a constant state of exhaustion; the key is micro tearing in conjunction with ample rest so the tears can regenerate--which in turn equals growth. The penis is no different. you said you were started 3 months ago? so did I. I started on October 17th this year (last year I guess).. I was going to wait until the three month mark of January 17th but I got impatient last night. I have gained a quarter inch in girth and 3/4th's an inch in length. plus my erection is a lot harder and just seems bigger. I was originally 6.5 " BPL, and now I am possibly 7.25 +.

My regiment is 200 Jelq's right when I get up before i shower.. I use vaseline and all groggy eyed and shit just jelq it out (its basically like brushing my teeth for christ sake). Guys, this literally takes me 5 minutes.. this is the warm up (not the workout!) so my penis is ready to have a good stretch (much like hopping on a bike or treadmill before a heavy lift at the gym). I then wear the extender for 4 hours--5 if I have the time (or if my schedule permits.).. over doing it seems to be the cancer for all penis growth regiments.

the sad truth is: people want gains fast. if you "over" do it the gains will be slower than if you just have patience. Never_Mind: trust me. do not wear the extender for more than 4-5 hours.. at that point your reversing any gains. take it slow, you'll figure out what works. I had awesome gains in three months!! and the first month was basically just trial and error (as far as I'm concerned a waste of growth time).

this thing is legit, and girth is not its primary objective, so Debo19832003, if you have had no gains in length its time to maybe switch your routine up.

I just started too fellas; but I'm a Kin major, so I have an idea how the body works. Rule 101: never over do it. slow and steady ends up being the sprint (its not even really a marathon when you think of it). at this rate I feel like I will meet my goals by 6-8 months; then I will just maintenance jelq to keep things as are.

Thoughtful Gold put it best in a prior post (excuse me if I am mildly misquoting): Don't work your life around the extenders schedule, let the extender work around yours.

Things will happen-forget your even doing it. just live life and treat it like any other routine you have in. I didn't touch a ruler/measuring tape for three months (very difficult trust me). It is what it is, let time and consistency do the rest.

Thanks chipotle for your post, it's really helpful!

I think there are two different theories about usage of penis extender :
_Some believe that it's better to use them for lon period of time with low tension
_Some other (like you and me) believe that we will achieve beter results by using it for a short period of time (2 to 4 hours) with high tension.

I think that even if the second theories seems more truthful than the first one, I also saw people who gain quite a lot with the first one.

Anyway, here's the session of yesterday

Time : 3h25
Tension : 16,5 cm / 6,50 inches

Next week I will add a new tension bar, I feel I need it.

I think theory 2 is more practical for a functioning human integrated in society. I could never have this thing strapped to my junk for 12 hours; I would much rather wear it with higher tension for a shorter amount of time. However, when I say higher tension I don't want you to get confused; I am not wearing this thing at such a tension where it is uncomfortable. my penis is stretched to its max but it is not intolerable. if you find that your penis head is slipping and when you take off the device the strap has moved above the gland base, you probably have too much tension. worry less about the tension and more about the comfort. if your getting a max stretch that comfortably fits, science will take over.

however if your doing some clinical trial you are probably seeing some pretty substantial data. I would be interested in seeing some of that data. Wish they posted it somewhere on the website.

I have gained 1 1/2" in about a year. I wear it with the noose about 40 minutes every other day. The day off in between is important. I don't jelq or warm it up with a hot towel. The tension from the 2100g springs should be plenty to start. Stretch about 10 minutes with the springs only then adjust a little at a time every few minutes.

I finished my first week of wearing the extender :

Week 1 :
Days : Hours of port, BPFSL (which extension bar used)
D1 : 3h30, 15,7cm (1 inch bar)
D2 : 4h03, 16,4cm
D3 : 3h25, 16,5cm
D4 : 1h45, 16,4cm
D5 : 1h58, 16,9cm (1 inch bar + 1/2 inch bar)
D6 : 2h03, 17,2cm
D7 : REST

As you can see the four last days are pretty shit, actually I was pretty busy, one of my friend was moving out of this accomodation, so I gave him hand and I couldn't find enough time to wear it for long.

I took also one day of rest (today) because I'm convinced it's a good things to let the penis have rest and therefore improve the potential gains.

I made mesurement today but it was very accurate, I'm gonna try again tomorrow but I don't think I really gain.

Btw,is it possible to gain in erect but not in flaccid?

Chipotle that was a great post. I do the same routine. I do just jelque twice a day morning before putting on my extender and at night after I take my extender off. I use to use high tension for long periods of time but then I noticed during my flaccid state that my penis look a lot skinnier.so I switched to medium tension with longer periods of time .but I will try it your way today I will use it for 6 hours high tension in 2 days rest and see how that works for the next 3 months with my jelqling routine and also some vitamins for blood flow. And see what happens. in a years time your gains are impressive .and very encouraging .

Hello everyone

i just recieved my extender 2 weeks ago and i have been wearing it for 2 hours every day taking sunday off. no warm up before but i do take a hot shower before putting it on.

my tension is at the first line and i am using 2100 gram springs. my extender length is at 7 inches today and i am using the hybrid support piece with 2 straps.

any advice or tips would be wonderful

Take it slow. Don't rush the process. You have to be in it for the king haul. If you want girth with length do the jelque excrises

i dont think im rushing. its just comfortable there.

im already pretty wide that i have to use the wide girth base. when i get a tape measure i'll get definite measurements for everything and that'll be my base line :lol: late i know but at least its something to compare too

i like my girth and im about 7 and 3/4 long erect. my goal is 9 inches and get more girth when i get a tape measure i'll put that measure up as well.

are there any vitamins or somethings anyone takes?

A lot if people take Omega 3 for blood circulation. IM about 7.25 the last time I checked my girth I was about 4". One thing i noticed is that I've gotten Skinner since using my extender. ButI have experienced harder erections. I have the gold package with 1800 grams. I just don't understand the number system.i don't know if UN using 600 or 1800 grams yet. Ive added the half inch bar. So who knows.
