Well I debated posting this for a few weeks now.
Mostly do to embarrassment of some parts of the story. But as hard as
it can be to stick with the program WITH seeing gains and seeing the
affects of using the gains with your spouse maybe posting it would have
the potential to help at least a few people stick with it and to me that
would be worth it, so here it is.
I have been married for 13 years. Starting out penis size was 5.8 BPEL and 4.3 EG. My wife and myself haven't had an argument in the last 8 years of our marriage. We don't lie to one another, get along like best friends, and are rabbits in the bedroom, we bump and grind on average 5 to 8 times a week. Perfect marriage!
My size has always bothered me, past girlfriends have commented on it, I swept it under the rug. My wife commented on it when we first started dating, probably at the time not knowing I would be the man she married, otherwise I think she would have kept it to herself.
I decided to use the extender and NOT tell her. Women can and most of the time are more insecure about their vagina then men can be about their penis. I thought the side affect of me telling her would devastate her, with her thinking its her and not myself is why I wanted the increase in size.
Off the top of my head the big gain was around week 6, I hit 6.25 BPEL and 4.6 EG. And that is when I noticed a HUGE change in the bedroom.
For the past 13 years of my marriage I was smart enough to realize you always get the women off first if you want consistent sex. So 9.5 out of 10 times I have. But the kicker is it has always been through stimulation of the clitoris. She would ride top so it would rub on the base or I would just perform oral sex, then after she finished it was my turn.
Up before week 6 I have never gave her an orgasm doggy style, maybe a hand full of times in the missionary position but again I think I was rubbing the clit during those hand full of times.
With her on her stomach never, sideways, never. Sideways I could "sometimes" feel something with the tip of the head, something gently brushing across the top.
So after week 6, my goodness have things changed. For one I can go for about an hour to an hour and a half. Normally we were both done in 20 to 30 minutes.
Now any position we do it she has one without clitoris stimulation. On her back, on her belly, doggy style, you name it she has 2 and sometimes 3 before I get off. This is EVERY time. She does have me do oral or ride top to get hers, like this is a phase and it will stop and she still wants her fill first. But when its my turn she now every since week 6 "my big gain week" she has had 1 to 3 just during "my turn" to get off. And now instead of just feeling a brushing across the head sideways, I feel it all the time, its still just a slight touching doggy style and her on her back. But now I feel it every position. And sideways and her on her stomach its not a light touch, if I push in too far it actually bends my penis. It can hurt if I am not careful. But man it drives her up the wall.
Its not the cervix, I "think" its the start of the curve that goes up to the cervix. So all good so far, I love it and she loves it, but has she said anything? Actually yes, twice! So this is the side affects =).
After week 6 we were laying in bed and she acted like she wanted to say something, after 15 minutes she ask, "are you taking Viagra?". I said "no why", ohh no reason, you go a bit longer now. I just told her it was due to stress at work. Yes I lied.
Two weeks after that and after sex she said, "man I am getting old", I asked her why and she said " i have read when you age your inside portion of the vagina can come down some, and I think that is happening because you keep hitting something when we have sex". I told her I can stop hitting it, you just seem to like it. Then she said "no don't stop, I was just thinking of why it is now happening and that has to be it".
So yes she has noticed, Yes I finally lied in this marriage, but unless she gets depressed about age over this I will still hold these cards close to my chest.
So there you have it. A very small gain, can be VERY NOTICEABLE for both parties!!!

THAT STORY IS VERY MUCH A CONFIDENCE BOOSTER
CAUSE I KIND OF HAVE DOUBTS OF THIS WORKING. FIRST I HERE IT CAN TAKE 3
TO 4 MONTHS TO SEE VEERY LITTLE RESULTS. AND THEN SOMETIMES IT DOESNT

How long do you wear the extender per day? Do u take 5 minute breaks between hours?

If you consider buying a Dr.BigStuff X4 labs extender, you
have to realise that you'll be wearing it almost 8 hours a day. If you
are to shy to explain to your lovely wife the reasons that motivated you
to enter this planification, you'll have to be very very very creative
to find 8 hours a day where no wife is around. So, my advise to you is
to talk right away to your wife about your objective and the reasons
that motivate you to reach them. This way, you'll have the support of
your wife and, most important, you won't have to lie (that would be not
good for the your couple).

**you have to realise that you'll be wearing it almost 8 hours a day**
This is not true. I'm lucky if I hit 3 hours a day. My routine consist of.
Hot Wrap = 5 Minutes.
Extender for 2 to 3 hours. with about 3 to 5 breaks in-between. During each break I jelq for about 5 minutes then strap it back in.
After the extender sessions are over and when I'm at home I will manually stretch when no one is around or do the BTC stretch. Also about 4 months after i started the extender i started hanging lightly 5lbs two times a day for 20 minutes for 2 or 3 days a week. I'm at 7 now and don't see myself increasing it anytime soon. I do this just to severely fatigue the ligs.
Without all of the "extras" I hit 6.50 with the extender alone and I was lucky to hit 8 hours a week. Its a marathon not a race. Less is more in the PE world.

I know that if my wife wanted to enlarge her
breasts or any thing else for that matter I would give my opinion then
stand behind what she wanted. It was very different when I showed her
my Dr.BigStuff X4 Extender. What happened was this "what? are you stupid! it will
never work" All I expected was for her to give an opinion if she waned
but to stand behind what I was doing as well. That didn't happen but
she knows I believe in the Dr.BigStuff X4 and will use it for at least 6 month..
One issue I have with the Dr.BigStuff X4 is not being able to tighten it and keep my blood flowing. Either it's to tight the straps or to loose. Anyone have any suggestions?

I thought I would provide an update. Its been just over one year since I started PE. My starting stats were:
BPEL = 5.875"
EG = 4.375"
PV = 8.949
As of now I have broke the 7" mark in length and girth is at 4.6 in the middle of the shaft and over 5 inches at the base. I haven't even worked girth yet, so it was nice to see an increase while targeting length.
My PV "Penis Volume" has also broke 12. That is over a 33% increase in penis volume. For no more time I have to invest into PE that is pretty significant.
At just over 7" in length I can bottom out on the wife every time, even in the missionary position which seemed to be the hardest to accomplish. I have to say it is one of the most empowering feelings you can feel in the bedroom.
At my starting length she could get it all in her mouth, not consistently, but she could go down all the way if she took it slow. I figured as I grew and that possibility would be eliminated I would be sacrificing good BJs for better sex.
But after all both have been more enjoyable. Even though she can't get the last inch down, its more of a turn on in my opinion watching her try and an inch of shaft is still showing.
Maybe I'm a little twisted, but watching her go down trying to inhale that last inch unsuccessfully then pop back up gasping for air, making gag noises and still an inch of shaft to go is a hell of a lot more enjoyable then her being able to go down all of the way =)
My wife still does not know I do PE, so in a round about way during a BJ, I had her do the hand test. She can put both hands around it with one hand above the other while pressing in to get the BPEL still have a good amount of penis sticking out of her hands.
I "think" she might be catching on that something is up. A lot has changed in the bedroom, even though its for the best I think me pressing for her to two hand it, try to deep throat, roll the condom on so she can see it don't unroll all of the way "what little we use one" is starting to queue her in.
Those where just all personal goals when I started, silly stuff that i would think. "Ahh man wouldn't it be nice to unroll a condom completely", "have a chick hold your penis with two hands and suck the top", silly stuff you can't imagine but if it ever could happen it would make your day.
I have a bad habit of wanting to see those events over and over so I am sure the wheels are turning in her head or she is starting to think I'm more of a voyeur pervert lol.
Her job changes have made it harder and harder to use the extender, and now it will change again and we will be home at the same times of day. So as of now I have been thinking of a lie to pop the extender on and convince her its not to achieve a bigger penis.
When I come up with a good one, I'll run it by here first to see if its convincing enough =)

This story is quite motivational and thats what I
too wanted to have when I bought the device and started it off with my
original size being 6.5 inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth. My
goal was about 8 to 8.5 inches that would have given me a stud feeling
before any women, thats what was my goal too with that lenght, to
satisfy the women of all ages, if ever chance arises, apart from wowing
my wife. But unfortunately that was not to be, for the device caused
some health concerns and doctor advised me to stop its usage at once. I
am still with that little 6.5, with no gain and lots of costs.

What health problems? Like internal stuff? I hope you did a lot of research about it beyond going to the doctor. Some people will scapegoat anything you do out of the ordinary as being the x-factor simply because it's the easiest thing to do. Hopefully you are storing the device in a good place for later and did not just toss it out. Don't give up so possibly, even if there were health concerns at the time, make sure those concerns are still valid at your current state. I started at around the length you did, believe me it's worth it to make it work. If you do decide to try again, maybe keep at a very low tension. Just enough to keep it straight and slightly taught. Starting off with a high tension level is not always a good idea...

I have not told my wife about the exercises and
the extender I have bought. Many years ago my wife made a joke about my
penis with a friend. My penis then was 6.5 inches erect. The comments
always haunted me, I have tried every penis pill made to man until
purchasing the Dr.BigStuff X4 Labs extender. I have to say WOW! Im not into
measuring my penis every week, but let me tell you it feels as if I have
a huge hunk of meat hanging between my legs. I have been using the
product for a month now. My penis is thicker and longer, the other
night we had sex and boy did she cream everywhere. I could feel me
hitting the back spot. I just think it's a great product, I don't know
if i'll ever tell her about it. Trust me if you have the money try it!

I had to reply to this post because this is
exactly what I have experienced. I have been married for 15 years to my
wife and have never given her a "normal" or penis to vagina induced
orgasm. Oral sex I satisfy her just fine but obviously not being able to
please her with my penis has always been very bothersome. I went into
this deciding not to tell her, since she would have a negative reaction.
What surprised me was how properly I gained both girth and length. It

I wavered on whether or not to tell my wife, I
decided against it. Luckily for me my office(work) atmosphere is such
where I can wear it while Im working and have a private office to adjust
it or take it off or put it on. I just started this week so not quite a
week under my belt yet but Im actually looking forward to see if she
notices any difference. Once she does I will tell her since she wont be
upset either way. Take care all!

Behind this story, i think there is an important
idea. Women never admit size does matter. If you tell them, it is over
you will never know what the differences are after extender sessions.

Thanks for the story. I couldn't help but feel
like I wrote this, though I'm still at the early stages of using my PE
(2 weeks in). I've been with my wife for 14 years and have never had
any issues with my size though like yourself, getting her off has always
been more of a manual process and not from penetration from myself.
I'm a little shorter but thicker than you starting out, but recently
things have changed that have brought my short stature to light. My
wife and I have started swinging. In the swinging world, the average
size seems to be a bit bigger. I contribute this to the fact that most
smaller men don't have the cockfidence to do get into it in the first
place. Now I can still make a woman orgasm one way or another, that's
not an issue, but I'd like to be able to do it easier via penetration. I
like to say I have a great g-spot cock (points straight up and hits the

Im doing the same thing only with my girlfriend.
I consider her as a test. Don't get me wrong I like her but I am sorta
using her as a PE test subject. I have only used this thing 3 times and
have already noticed a change. It pretty amazing. I am already about a
quarter of a inch bigger. I can already see a change in sex. It was

Just a quack explanation of my overall change
since using the extender. Starting lengths: FGC: 3.2, EGC: 4.5, FPL: 2,
EPL: 6.25. I started on July 17 and with a total of 74 hours recorded my
new measurements are... FGC: 3.5, EGC: 5, FPL: 3, EPL: 7. So far, it's
been well worth it!

This is a great story. My wife has been gone for
a year now and i decided to try out the extender just because it been
